Thoughts For Today
I went and visited my mother on a whim. We talked about direction and my plans for the future. It was like I was 16 again. She brought up my initial plan of moving to St. Croix and all but said that she would assist in any way possible if I still wanted to move down there. She even offered to cover my rent in Amherst for a few months while I was gone on the off-chance that I wasn’t happy with my decision and wanted to move back north. This befuddled me greatly. Throughout the entire conversation the only thought running through my head was ‘My mother wants to get rid of me and will do everything in her power to send me as far away from her as possible’. I know that that isn’t the case but the thought persisted anyway.
Also, I ordered a new phone. Thanks to Kethera I opted to go with the Nokia e71x. It seems like a similar phone to my Treo which I like. It didn’t hurt that I got the phone for $18 due to upgrade pricing. It should be arriving by Tuesday so the odds are good that any phone in posts from me tonight will be my last from my Treo.
Plans for tonight? Shower. Shave. Sing. Sleep.
I think that that about covers it… My audio spam for tonight is set to begin auto-posting at 10:15 for anyone who is interested. I separated each song by 5 minutes so it shouldn’t flood y’all too much.
